Plans and limits
Compare Free, Plus, and Pro limits, shared storage, plan changes, and trials.
genko.me offers Free, Plus, and Pro plans. A paid plan applies to one personal workspace or team. The price does not change with the number of members, as long as you stay within the plan's member limit.

Image transforms, draft preview, scheduled publishing, and export are included in every plan, Free too. Webhooks are limited to 5 per API, and the delivery API allows 300 requests per minute per key. Fair-use conditions apply to bandwidth.
If you need SSO/SCIM, invoice payment, or similar, contact us about Business or Enterprise. Member counts, storage, and contract terms can be discussed individually.
In the table, 1 GB means 1,024³ bytes and 1 MB means 1,024² bytes.
The text of language versions, and of unpublished changes saved on a published entry, counts toward storage too. Keep this in mind when you create a version by copying from the main language, or when you add or save more language versions or unpublished changes. If you change plans and end up with more additional languages than the new plan allows, the existing languages and entries stay, but you cannot add new additional languages.
Shared storage
Free teams that have the same owner as a personal workspace share the storage of that personal plan: 5 GB on Free, 30 GB on Plus, and 100 GB on Pro. Adding more free teams does not add storage to each team.
With shared storage, the personal plan sets the per-file limit. The free team itself is still limited to three members and cannot restore versions. Sharing storage does not change the team's plan.
If you upgrade a team itself to Plus or Pro, it gets its own storage, separate from the shared quota. Each paid plan is billed separately. Each owner can create up to two free teams.
Check usage
Open "Plans and usage" from the workspace settings. With shared storage, the usage shown includes the other workspaces that share it. You can see the storage breakdown and API request usage there, and choose the plan you need.
Storage is the size of entry text and field data plus images and attached files. It does not include version history or internal database overhead. If several entries use the same image, the file is counted once.
If you reach the limit, viewing, delivery, and deletion keep working. Actions that add storage, such as saving, restoring a version, and uploading, are blocked, but edits that reduce storage are allowed.
Plan changes and trials
The workspace owner changes the plan. Compare and manage plans under "Plans and usage". Decide whether the plan is for your personal workspace or a team, and whether to pay monthly or annually.
Plus and Pro come with a 7-day free trial, available once per owner account. Payments are processed by Stripe. When you sign up or change plans, check the billing start date, the amount, and the date the change takes effect on the confirmation screen.
If a payment fails
While a subscription payment is failing, a red bar appears at the top of every screen in that workspace. Owners see an action to update the payment method. Other members are asked to tell the owner. If the payment still can't be collected, the workspace returns to the Free plan. For 30 days after that, the bar stays with an action to restore the plan. Check the limits in "Cancel or switch to Free" below, because they apply once it returns to Free.
Cancel or switch to Free
Cancel from the billing page. Check the date the cancellation takes effect and whether you will be billed again. Before you switch to Free, check the storage and member limits. You can no longer restore versions. When you cancel a personal paid plan, also check the usage of the free teams in the shared quota.
Contract terms are in the Terms of service (Japanese), and payment details are in the Legal notice (Japan, Japanese).
